Nebius dropped another 6-K. The constraint is still not GPUs.
A foreign-issuer current report is not a capacity add. Nebius and CoreWeave still tell the Commission the same story in different forms.
Summary
Nebius Group N.V. furnished a Form 6-K on August 26 — one of several this month. The 20-F risk section already names CoreWeave, Crusoe, and Lambda as specialized competitors and AWS, Google, Microsoft, and Oracle as the general-purpose ones. That list is not a ranking. It is an admission that the bottleneck sits below the chip: sites, power, and the ability to keep a cluster full. A 6-K does not change the list.
Why it matters
Investors keep pairing NBIS and CRWV as substitutes. They are not. One is a Netherlands issuer with a Yandex history and a European-plus-US footprint. The other is a US GPU cloud with a pending mining-fleet combination. The comparable fact is the constraint, not the ticker.

Risks
- 6-Ks can be routine; do not upgrade them to contract news without reading the exhibit.
- Foreign-issuer reporting is not a 10-Q. Gaps are structural, not a slight.
- Competitor lists in a 20-F are not addressable-market math.
